PLUG REWARDS FAQ
What are Plugs worth?
You earn 5 Plugs per £1 of merchandise spend (after discounts, before shipping and tax). Vouchers start at 500 Plugs for £5 off — and the bigger vouchers give you more value per Plug, so saving up pays.
Do Plugs expire?
No. Your Plugs never expire and your tier never resets. Bank them as long as you like.
Can I cash out my Plugs?
No — Plugs have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. They're redeemable only for reward vouchers at PouchPlug.co.
Do my past orders count?
Yes. When you sign in for the first time we back-credit 5 Plugs per £1 across every previous order placed with your email — plus a 100-Plug welcome bonus on top.
Can I stack a voucher with other discounts?
No. Like every PouchPlug offer, vouchers never stack — at checkout you automatically get whichever single discount saves you the most.
