PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT THIS SITE STORES NOW

In your browser:

• pp_age_verified (a cookie, for a year): that you confirmed you are 18+ at the age gate.
• pouchplug_cart_v1 (this browser's local storage): what is in your cart; the site asks the server which of those cans are for sale, by product number only.
• pp_ref (a cookie for 30 days, and local storage): a friend's referral code, only if you arrived through their referral link.
• pp_popup_shown, pp_popup_dismissed_at, pp_popup_signedup (session and local storage): whether the sign-up popup was shown, closed or used (it is off while we're opening soon).
• pp_pending_order (session storage): the link to an order you just placed (checkout is closed while we're opening soon).
• pp_account (a cookie): keeps you signed in, set only when you sign in (sign-in is closed while we're opening soon).

On the server: what you send in a form, for what that form is for (a sign-up, a sign-in, a restock alert, a review or an order), and for a sign-up the IP address it came from, as the record of your consent. While we're opening soon the sign-up, sign-in, review and order forms are closed, and restock alerts are not offered. To stop repeated requests the server also counts them by IP address over an hour, in its memory. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.

Questions meanwhile go to support@pouchplug.co.
